Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside an established and highly regarded legal practice in Lisburn to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to join their welcoming and busy office.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This position will play an important role in the smooth running of the front office, acting as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors and callers. You will provide a warm and professional service while also assisting with a variety of administrative duties across the wider office.
The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. Previous reception experience would be advantageous, although candidates with solid administration experience and the right attitude will also be considered. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the welcoming face of the organisation for clients and visitors
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, transferring enquiries or taking accurate messages
- Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with diary management where necessary
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and post
- Provide general administrative assistance across the office
- Assist with preparing documents and maintaining well-organised files
- Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors and external contacts
- Handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Reception, customer service or front-of-house experience would be advantageous
- Previous exposure to a legal or professional services environment is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication style, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Able to prioritise effectively and remain organised within a busy environment
- Reliable, adaptable and proactive, with a positive approach to working as part of a team
