We are working with several leading law firms in Belfast seeking Receptionists to join their Business Services teams.

The Role:

The successful candidates will provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues.

The roles will involve:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Managing meeting-room bookings
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Assisting with general administrative duties
  • Supporting internal events, incoming post, and office health and safety procedures

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous reception or administrative experience
  • Previous experience within a law firm would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Professional manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
