We are working with several leading law firms in Belfast seeking Receptionists to join their Business Services teams.
The Role:
The successful candidates will provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
The roles will involve:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering and directing calls
- Managing meeting-room bookings
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting with general administrative duties
- Supporting internal events, incoming post, and office health and safety procedures

Essential Criteria:
- Previous reception or administrative experience
- Previous experience within a law firm would be advantageous but is not essential
- Professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities
