Receptionist

Working Pattern: Fully Office-Based

We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing professional services business in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service. Whether you've gained those skills in hospitality, retail, reception, leisure or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
- Answering telephone calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently.
- Providing administrative support across the business.
- Preparing documents, formatting reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring the office is always presented to a high standard.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and office supplies.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

- Professional and confident communicating with clients.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or quick to pick up new systems.
