About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to represent Engineers Gate in a professional and courteous manner while welcoming visitors in person or on the phone. This role is responsible for monitoring all front desk operations including visitor check-in, key management, coordinating contractors, and mail distribution. In addition, the receptionist will monitor various administrative and office management responsibilities to ensure that the day-to-day requirements of the office are met. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate an ability to maintain composure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in our London office and is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm’s success, enhancing their skill set and building out the reception department in a new office.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily coverage of front desk including greeting guests, monitoring phones and mail/delivery distribution
- Office management including scheduling and maintaining conference rooms, and key management
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Administrative Support for Management Team as needed
- Coordinating office visitors
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/customer service type role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
