Job Title: Receptionist

Duration: 3 months

Workload: 30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday

Location: Glasgow

This opportunity is with an industry-leading global EPC contractor supporting the energy transition, with a strong focus on consulting services across the full asset lifecycle and next-generation project delivery. The role offers a varied office-based environment with responsibility for front-of-house support, switchboard handling, filing systems, office databases, and facilities coordination. This position will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a professional experience for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a general point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and organised manner.
  • Organise filing systems and update office databases.
  • Maintain filing and record-keeping activities accurately.
  • Provide progress and activity reporting.
  • Oversee and assign tasks from the site-specific facilities reactive inbox.
  • Answer, transfer, and relay messages through the UK switchboard.
  • Process couriers and post.
  • Liaise with building management as required.
