Job Description

We are seeking a polished, proactive Receptionist to join our front of house team at the City offices of a high profile law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, client focused environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

You will join a team of four Receptionists responsible for ensuring a seamless visitor experience. Your duties will include:

  • Managing the reception desk and greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings and coordinating room set ups
  • Supporting events and internal functions
  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Liaising closely with internal departments to maintain smooth daily operations

Hours

  • 35 Hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-7pm, Mon-Fri

Salary

  • £30,250 per annum

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, energetic, and impeccably presented
  • Well spoken with a naturally engaging, confident manner
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a high end service delivery role is essential
  • Strong background in business level customer service within a corporate or high profile environment
  • Demonstrable understanding of service excellence
  • Experience with visitor management systems and meeting room reservations is preferred
