School Receptionist Opportunity in Salford
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional, and welcoming School Receptionist to join our busy secondary school in Salford. As the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and external agencies, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient reception and administrative service, supporting the day-to-day operations of the school, and ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.

What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office applications and school management systems (training will be provided where necessary).
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Remain calm, professional, and approachable in a busy environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
