Permanent Receptionist Opportunity
An exciting Permanent Receptionist opportunity to join a high-end architecture practice in the heart of the West End. Based in a beautiful new office, 5 days a week, you’ll be surrounded by talented creative teams in a modern, fast-paced environment, meeting, greeting and working alongside inspiring people every day.
With excellent staff retention, a genuinely welcoming culture, gym and shower facilities, and a fantastic central London location, this is a role offering both progression and genuine long-term potential. This is a hugely important position within the practice, acting as the face of the brand and the heart of the studio — ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day office while being that friendly, professional face that everyone knows and trusts.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage the reception area, meeting rooms, and communal office spaces, ensuring they remain welcoming and well presented.
- Manage incoming calls, post, couriers, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, refreshments, catering, and client requirements.
- Organise office supplies, kitchen stock, and general facilities.
- Arrange business travel and support with occasional errands and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate CPD sessions, talks, presentations, and internal office events.
- Maintain staff whereabouts, availability, and relevant office records.
- Provide and log PPE for staff attending site.
- Provide general administrative and Business Support across the practice as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, business support, office administration, or hospitality.
- Warm, confident, and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a natural ability to use initiative.
- Professional and personable when dealing with senior stakeholders, clients, and visitors.
- A positive team player who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, creative office.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a supportive and established practice.
