About the Client:
Our client is a leading creative business delivering brand experiences and live events for some of the world's biggest brands. They're a friendly, collaborative and growing team where everyone is valued.
The Role:
This is a varied, hands-on role combining Front of House and office management. You'll be the welcoming face of the business and play a key part in keeping the office and central services running smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as first point of contact, welcoming visitors and clients, managing calls and correspondence, and running daily office opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing office operations, including contractors, suppliers, contracts, insurance and utilities.
- Managing meeting rooms, studio bookings and calendars, and supporting onsite events.
- Preparing for and taking notes in board and leadership meetings.
- Supporting Health & Safety, ISO requirements and HR administration.
- Handling expenses, invoices, post, couriers, office supplies and new user IT set-up.

Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate will be an experienced, proactive all-rounder who enjoys variety and takes pride in high standards. You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar office management or reception role.
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, welcoming and professional presence.
- Excellent organisation, record-keeping and attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload.
- A proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Additional Details:
- Fully office-based in Central London.
- Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, with some flexibility needed to open and close the office.
- Salary up to £30,000.
