The Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation. In this front-of-house role, you'll greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide essential administrative support to help the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy creating a great first impression and keeping things organised, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will need to be successful
- Eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language, Grades A-C.
- Previous experience within an administrative role.
- Proven telephone switchboard experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (to include Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Additional Information
The shift pattern for this role will be:
- Wednesday: 12:30 – 17:00
- Thursday & Friday 08:30 – 17:00
