Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women's Hospital
Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women's Hospital are looking to recruit 1 Full time receptionist to work Mon to Friday between the hours of 8am & 6pm
About the Role
The post holder will be required to greet patients on arrival to the department therefore an exceptionally high level of customer service skills are required for this post. The Patient Access department ensure reception cover is provided across the Main Out-Patients at the Women's Including, Gynaecology, the Fetal Centre, Bedford & Antenatal and our satellite clinic on the Aintree Hospital site.
The successful candidate will be required to work across all of the above areas on a rotational basis, which covers both Liverpool Women's Hospital and Aintree Centre for Women's Health sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients on arrival.
- Use multiple systems to book patients in and out of clinic attendances.
- Arrange follow up appointments and discharge patients as instructed by the clinician.
