Receptionist & Personal Assistant
London | Full-Time | Office-Based | £29,000-£31,000
Are you someone who loves creating great first impressions while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes?
We're looking for a warm, proactive and highly organised individual to join a creative, people-focused business in a unique role that combines Front of House with Junior Personal Assistant responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a collaborative team where no two days are the same.
This role is ideal for someone with some previous Reception or Junior PA experience who is looking to develop their career in a buzzy and creative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Welcome clients and visitors, creating an exceptional first impression
- Own the reception area, ensuring it always feels vibrant and welcoming
- Support a senior leader with diary management, travel bookings and meeting coordination
- Assist with team administration, interviews, events and internal projects
- Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted point of contact
- Work closely with an experienced PA network, learning from colleagues and developing new skills
- Take ownership, solve problems and help keep the day running smoothly
