Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Virtual Receptionist to join our virtual office. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our team, handling incoming inquiries, coordinating meetings, and helping our daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist callers professionally.
- Greet and welcome guests entering our virtual office space.
- Schedule, set up, and manage meetings for the team.
- Participate in internal team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements
- Open to Everyone: No prior experience required—we welcome anyone with a desire to help!
- Access to a computer/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Friendly communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently during your self-selected hours.
