Are you a friendly, organised, and approachable individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.

About the Role

As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing appointments
  • Updating records
  • Supporting clinical teams using IT systems
  • Communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies (training will be provided if needed)

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Previous experience in stock handling would be advantageous, though not essential.

Hours of work are: 36 hours per week covering shifts Monday to Sunday between 8am - 8pm on a rotational basis.
