C&C Search is currently recruiting a Part-time Mobile Receptionist (Temp to Perm) for a highly regarded financial services business based across multiple offices in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a front-of-house environment and is looking for a role offering an early finish each day. Perfect for someone seeking flexibility whilst remaining part of a busy and professional team 5 days a week.

All about the role and company

Position: Mobile Receptionist (Part time, Temp to Perm)

Salary: £16 - 20 per hour + holiday pay

Hybrid set up: Fully office-based across multiple Central London locations

Working hours: 8am - 2:30pm each day, 5 days a week

Key responsibilities for this Mobile Receptionist position:

  • Providing reception cover across multiple office locations
  • Covering reception desks during lunch breaks and supporting teams during periods of sickness or absence.
  • Welcoming visitors, managing calls and emails, and providing a professional front-of-house service.
  • Adapting quickly to different office environments and supporting wherever additional reception cover is required.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience.
  • Ideally you will have experience in either hospitality, retail or a more corporate environment.
  • Ideally you will be looking for a permanent role long term.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, personable manner. Passionate about providing exceptional service.
  • Reliable, proactive and happy working in a varied and fast-paced environment.
