Job Title: Receptionist

Location: South Manchester, Wythenshawe (Office based 5 days per week)

Package: Circa £26,500 per annum + excellent benefits and rewards package

About the Role

The successful candidate will be valued support to the Office Manager and be the main point of contact for reception and switchboard.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional reception coverage throughout the day, including post, couriers, telephone cover and access to the office.
  • Answer inbound switchboard queries and direct to relevant departments.
  • Management of car parking where applicable.
  • Greet office visitors and record their presence on site.
  • General maintenance of the office, meeting rooms and kitchen area.
  • Support office manager with external companies and individuals regarding office facilities, i.e., property landlord, managing agents, water, milk, cleaners, franking machine.
  • Keep basic stock of office stationery and order additional items as required.
  • Co-ordinate and distribute incoming/external mail.
  • General admin duties as and when required.

About You

Experience & Skills

  • Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Word/Excel.
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE Math and English or equivalent experience.
