Receptionist
Leeds City Centre | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in a professional city-centre environment? We are recruiting for a professional services business in Leeds City Centre for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception with general office administration and facilities support.
The Role
- Managing incoming calls and reception enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Booking meeting rooms and organising meetings
- Receiving and distributing post, DX and documents
- Arranging couriers and external mail
- Ordering stationery, refreshments and office supplies
- Supporting the Office Manager with facilities and invoice queries
- Providing general administrative support
- Maintaining a professional and tidy office environment
- Supporting with conferences, refreshments and meeting arrangements when required
- Providing cover for the Office Assistant, including taking bookings and occasional errands

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and organised, with previous reception and administration experience and strong IT skills, including all MS Office. You will be confident dealing with clients and visitors, managing multiple requests and working within a busy professional environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional organisation in Leeds City Centre on a 6-month FTC.
