We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Apprentice Administrator / Receptionist to join our Academy team.
This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be right at the heart of a busy Academy, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards your apprenticeship qualification.
You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our learners, colleagues and visitors, while also becoming the organised, go-to person who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What will you get up to?
- Welcome people – be the first friendly face our learners, colleagues and visitors see.
- Keep things organised – coordinate training sessions, meetings, room bookings and catering.
- Get digital – use email, online platforms and HR systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
- Connect with people – communicate confidently across phone, email and digital channels.
- Make things happen – make sure rooms, resources and training sessions are ready to go.
- Learn and develop – build practical workplace skills while working towards your apprenticeship qualification.

The Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a great way to build a career in business support and administration. You’ll develop valuable skills in communication, organisation, IT, problem-solving and project coordination, while gaining hands-on experience supporting the organisation and working with customers and colleagues.
