Job Title: Receptionist & QUENSH Admin Assistant
Location: Worcester
Salary: To £26,508 plus benefits
We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and customer-focused Receptionist & QUENSH Administration Assistant to join our team at our Worcester office. This is a key role within the business, providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while supporting our Quality, Environment, Health, Safety (QUENSH) administration processes.

What’s The Role
As Receptionist & QUENSH Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Worcester office. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, you'll provide a professional front-of-house experience while supporting administrative activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and business records accurately.
- Supporting QUENSH administration processes and documentation.
- Ordering and managing office consumables and supplies.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assisting with filing, document control, and record management activities.
- Ensuring office administration is completed accurately and within required timescales.

What You’ll Need
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
Essential Skills And Experience Include
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work.
