Receptionist - 3 Month Contract
A top City Law Firm is looking for a Receptionist to join the firm on an initial 3 month contract.
The role will provide a welcoming, efficient front-of-house service to clients, visitors and colleagues.
As the first point of contact for the firm, you will play an important role in creating a positive client experience and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and wider office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing meeting rooms and coordinating client meetings
- Maintaining a smart, organised and welcoming reception area
- Assisting with visitor registration and security procedures
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting the wider office with general administrative duties
- Liaising with internal teams, building management and external suppliers
- Providing a high level of client service at all times

About You
You will be confident, approachable and highly professional, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous reception, front-of-house or client-facing experience within a law firm or professional services environment is pre requisite. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, can remain calm under pressure and is comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
