Hours: Full-time (7.45am - 3.45pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday)

The Role
The purpose of this role is to play a valuable role in our People Team, as People Resourcing Adviser. You will deliver an excellent service by being the first point of contact in our Head Office and managing our phone switchboard.
As our Receptionist, you will typically:
- Work with other Receptionists on a shift rotation pattern opening and closing reception (7.45am - 3.45pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday)
- Meet and Greet clients and visitors, offering refreshments while waiting to be collected
- Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and well stocked Reception area including all meeting rooms
- Answer a busy switchboard on behalf of AFH Wealth Management and other Acquisition companies directing calls as appropriate. Take messages and forward to relevant person(s)
- Maintain the busy Outlook meeting room calendar system.
- Book external meeting rooms via Spaces website and London office portal.
- Organise internal and external meetings including lunches, refreshments, room layout changes
- Report faults, cleaning and maintenance issues to Office & Facilities Manager, Reception & Facilities Supervisor and/or relevant company.

What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience providing exceptional customer service
- Effective organisational skills
- Able to work well to deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- In a position to be flexible with shifts
