About the Role
We are looking to recruit a new Receptionist to join our friendly team in axess Warrington and Halton sexual health. The post holder will be expected to work across some of our community clinics in these boroughs. Communication skills will be key to this role.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Booking in patients using the Electronic Patient Records System
- Basic patient triage
- General administration duties (training will be provided where necessary)
Successful candidates will be expected to work on a main reception desk, in a front-facing role as part of an integrated team.
