Your Role
As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.
Your Team
You’ll be working within our Reception Team and directly reporting to the Reception Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the Horizon HELLO in all customer interactions
- Meet and greet all customers, upon arrival or by telephone, and assist them as required
- Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities
- Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy
- Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Manager
- Continuously gain customer feedback through our Net Promoter Score Surveys

Your Experience
- Previous relevant experience - desirable

- Good interpersonal, time management and organisational skills

- Proficient with Microsoft programmes, Outlook and booking systems

This role will be based at Waterlooville but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
Interview Process
The recruiting manager will review your CV and if shortlisted, you will be invited to a formal interview/assessment process where we will evaluate your suitability for the role.
The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
