Temporary Front of House Receptionist
Location: City of London
Dates: Training day – 24 October | Assignment – 26 October to 30 October
Hours: 10:00am–6:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House / Reception professional to provide temporary cover for a prestigious corporate office in the City of London.
This is a short-term assignment supporting a busy and professional office environment, ensuring visitors and employees receive a welcoming and efficient Front of House service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional Front of House and reception coverage
- Welcoming visitors and managing the visitor sign-in process
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Coordinating meeting room hospitality requirements
- Supporting general office and facilities-related tasks
- Assisting with contractor and visitor access
- Ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas remain presentable
- Providing general administrative support when required

About You:
- Previous Reception, Front of House, or corporate office experience
- Confident, professional, and personable manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well presented with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy reception environment
- Comfortable dealing with visitors, contractors, and internal employees
- Available for the full assignment, including the training day
