The Position
A personable and highly organised Receptionist & Studio Coordinator who is committed to deliver an elevated, premium client experience, supporting the team to deliver an exceptional first impression. You will be self-motivated with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and front-of-house operations. An ability to work under pressure with a collaborative, proactive attitude is required. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage a busy main entrance and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front of House
- Acts as the main point of contact for the main entrance.
- Welcomes high volumes of clients, talent, and event guests.
- Handles incoming calls, and directs couriers.
- Maintains a pristine reception including desk and surrounding areas.
- Manages post, couriers and deliveries, general email inquiries, and general building directional signage.
- Manages sign in process and visitor book to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Assisting with client front of house requests such as providing coffees and teas while waiting.
- Has a good understanding of the studio space layout and general practices to provide appropriate support and insight if questions are asked.
- Provide administrative support to the Studio Manager and Studio Booker on an ad hoc basis as required.

Finance & Commercials
- Assists with logging courier costs, or scanning receipts for front-desk expenses.
- Support studio management team with any general administrative requirements.
Team Coordination & Production
- Liaise directly with the Studio, Lighting and Production teams regarding client arrivals, ad-hoc room setups, and courier deliveries.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Experience in a reception, customer service, or public-facing front-of-house role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to confidently welcome high volumes of clients, talent, and event guests.
- Excellent communication skills for handling incoming calls, managing general email inquiries, and directing couriers.
- High attention to detail to maintain a pristine, organised, and professional reception area.
- Basic administrative competence to manage post, building signage, log courier costs, and scan receipts.
- Strong collaborative skills to liaise effectively with internal studio, lighting, and production teams.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach when assisting the wider studio team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Working Hours and Pay
- Contracted working hours would be 40 hours per week with core working hours of 8am-5pm. We require some flexibility on hours to ensure studio readiness for example 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm and openness to facilitate overtime.
- Salary for the core hours is £30,784.00 per annum.
