Looking after the front desk, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. Based in Edinburgh within the energy sector, this temporary receptionist role keeps the business ticking over by providing essential support.

Description

  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or taking messages as needed.
  • Manage and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms and coordinating schedules.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Handle general enquiries from clients and staff in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and contractors.

A successful Receptionist (Temp) should have:
