About the Role

We are seeking two Part Time Receptionists to play a central front of house role at our academy. We never underestimate the importance of this role as you are one of the first people our students, staff and visitors have contact with. You help create the atmosphere and brand for us and are crucial to the smooth running of the academy and provision of an exceptional service.

This is a job share position, to provide full-day coverage on reception, with one employee working mornings (21.5 hours per week) and the other working afternoons (22.5 hours per week).

Salary

  • 21.5 hours per week. Term time only (39 weeks) Actual = £12,089
  • 22.5 hours per week. Term time only (39 weeks) Actual = £12,651
  • The FTE for both roles = £24,858

Position Details

Position 1 - Mornings

  • 21.5 hours per week
    • Monday to Thursday 07:45 am to 12:15 pm
    • Friday 07:45 am to 11:15 am

Position 2 - Afternoons

  • 22.5 hours per week
    • Monday to Thursday 12:00 pm to 16:45 pm
    • Friday 11:00 am to 14:30 pm

Requirements

  • You must have English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or higher
  • Be able to handle a range of tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrate resilience, discretion, and initiative
  • Be welcoming with a calm demeanour
  • Contribute to the resolution of queries and problems
