Phoenix is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake Reception duties for the School and provide support to colleagues in the main school office.

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work with and relate to young people and colleagues at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure in a very busy environment
• Dealing effectively with visitors to the school reception
• Responding appropriately to telephone queries

Requirements:

• Good IT skills
• An aptitude to learn new IT packages

Phoenix is committed to the protection and safety of its students. An enhanced DBS will be required before commencement in the post.
