Front of House Receptionist
St Paul's, London | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Our client, the UK headquarters of a prestigious global financial services organisation, is seeking an exceptional Front of House Receptionist to become the professional face of their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class service. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and seamless experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all clients, visitors, and employees.
- Manage all incoming internal and external calls efficiently, directing enquiries with confidence and discretion.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are impeccably presented before, during, and after meetings.
- Work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to support the planning, setup, and delivery of internal events and client functions.
- Arrange catering for meetings, boardroom lunches, and corporate events.
- Prepare new starter welcome packs, security passes, and onboarding documentation.
- Book taxis and assist with travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Maintain reception and front-of-house areas to the highest professional standards, ensuring they remain organised, welcoming, and representative of the company's brand.
- Provide administrative support to the wider office team as required.

About You
- Previous experience within a corporate Front of House, Reception, or Client Services role is essential, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Immaculately presented with a polished, professional, and approachable manner.
- An exceptional communicator with fluent spoken and written English.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
