Are you an organised, tech-savvy individual with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a receptionist to join our podiatry clinic
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is positive and seamless.
Working Pattern
- Monday - Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.
- Hours: 37.5

- Managing appointments and patient records
- Assisting with patient enquiries, both in-person and over the phone
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management
- Supporting our team of podiatrists to deliver excellent patient care
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a medical admin role is a plus, but we're also open to individuals eager to learn!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English is essential to this role
- Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly
- A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Salary
£26-29k dependent on experience
