Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Birmingham

Employment Type: Various temporary roles

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming reception service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception area.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
  • Support general administrative and office duties as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle basic data entry.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors as needed.
  • Follow company procedures relating to security, confidentiality, and health and safety.
