Job Overview
The Urology Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front-line service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. The role involves managing appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining patient records, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the Urology Department while delivering excellent customer service and patient care.
Main Duties of the Job
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and clinic schedules.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Support the smooth running of urology clinics.
- Liaise with clinicians and other departments.
- Handle confidential information in line with data protection requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient care at all times.
