Receptionist | US Law Firm | Up to £38,000
We're delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded US law firm in the City, who are looking to recruit a Receptionist & Operations Assistant for their London office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a super friendly, high-performing and close-knit team in a varied role that combines predominantly front-of-house responsibilities with office operations support. Acting as the face of the London office, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors and colleagues, whilst supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The successful candidate will thrive in a professional, client-facing environment and enjoy working across multiple areas of business support. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, this could be the perfect next step in your career!
What does this role offer:
- Salary up to £39k DOE
- Working hours: 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the London office, creating an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
- Manage booking rooms, conference rooms, catering arrangements and logistics for visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, events and hospitality, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Support lawyers and business teams with travel, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
- Play a key role in the smooth running of a busy international office and contribute to wider projects.
What we're looking for:
- Essential: 3+ years of experience within FOH/reception in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable and resilient attitude with a willingness to support across a variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
