Receptionist | US Law Firm | Up to £38,000

We're delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded US law firm in the City, who are looking to recruit a Receptionist & Operations Assistant for their London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a super friendly, high-performing and close-knit team in a varied role that combines predominantly front-of-house responsibilities with office operations support. Acting as the face of the London office, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors and colleagues, whilst supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The successful candidate will thrive in a professional, client-facing environment and enjoy working across multiple areas of business support. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the London office, creating an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
  • Manage booking rooms, conference rooms, catering arrangements and logistics for visitors.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and hospitality, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Support lawyers and business teams with travel, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
  • Play a key role in the smooth running of a busy international office and contribute to wider projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Essential: 3+ years of experience within FOH/reception in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, adaptable and resilient attitude with a willingness to support across a variety of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
