Receptionist

Leading Legal 500 Law Firm

Solihull
Salary: £25,500

Currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Solihull, looking for a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and friendly individual to join a You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception service while supporting colleagues across the firm.

The Role:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival and providing a professional reception service
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls
  • Dealing with client, visitor, and general enquiries
  • Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
  • Liaising with colleagues across different departments and external contacts
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept tidy
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

  • Confident telephone and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Previous reception experience is desirable
  • Flexibility to provide reception cover at the firm's Sheldon office when required
  • Ability to commute to both Solihull and Sheldon
