Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our head office team in Glasgow.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Hours: Full Time - Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception and client-facing environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Managing stationary itinerary, orders and storage.
  • Ensure all visitors are signed in and comply with office procedures.
  • Ensuring all office sundry items are always checked and stocked appropriately.
  • Responsible for producing Purchase Orders and checking invoice for office supplies.
  • Be responsible for managing property keys, held in the office.
  • Assist the office based teams as required.

What we expect of you

  • Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance and manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
