Job Description

Portico are currently on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to join our small team at a multi-occupied building in the buzzing area of White City.

This newly refurbished campus provides space to a diverse range of companies varying from globally renowned media institutions to tech-based fashion retailers.

Based in the main entrance, on the ground floor reception. The successful Receptionist will have a focus on the greeting of guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless visitor journey, whilst following welcome and guest registration procedures.

They will also manage the switchboard, answering and re-directing telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner. As well as keeping an accurate record of the visitor passes, managing the reception email accounts, and helping management with any ad hoc duties.

Hours

  • 40 hours week with shifts from 08:00 - 17:00, Mon-Fri.

Salary

  • £35,425 per annum

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a natural people person, with fantastic communication skills and the ability to use their bubbly and friendly nature to engage with the clients and tenants of the building.

  • They will be a strong team player, have a ‘can do’ attitude, with high levels of flexibility and adaptability, and a strong passion for consistently delivering five-star customer service.
  • Customer services experience is essential, preferably within a high-end environment.
