- Part time Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 12-5pm
- Hours per Week: 25
- Grade: 4, Spinal point 6 (£26,847 pro rata)
- Term time only + inset days
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic member of staff to work on our Reception at Bilbrook Middle School.

The main purpose of the role will be:
- To provide an efficient reception service to all visitors to the school and members of the school.
- To ensure that all visitors to the school are signed in and out and provided with the correct visitor badge as required and ensure all safeguarding requirements are met.
- Answer all telephone enquiries promptly and take messages as necessary to pass on to the appropriate person.
- Use computer system to locate students as required.
- To administer first aid to students, staff and visitors as required.
- Help with the planning and execution of school events.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a five-month probationary period. During this time, appropriate support, induction and regular review meetings will be provided to help ensure a successful transition into the role.
