A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The July London Victoria!
We’re on the lookout for a Guest Service Pro to join our vibrant aparthotel family.
This stunning, sustainable city oasis features 114 beautifully designed studios and two spacious residential apartments. But it’s more than just a place to stay, it's a place to live, meet and connect. The Job
As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of The July London Victoria, creating memorable first impressions and making every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive until it's time to say goodbye.
No two days are the same. You'll:
- Welcome guests
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Answer questions
- Resolve requests
- Ensure every stay runs smoothly
You'll work closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional service and create the warm, community-focused atmosphere that makes The July feel different from a traditional hotel.
