Role Description
The Receptionist role at GVW Web Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in London. This role involves:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate team members in a professional and courteous manner

The Receptionist will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks such as:

- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records
- Managing mail and deliveries
- Supporting office coordination
The role also includes:
- Assisting with basic office communications
- Answering questions from clients and partners
- Ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming
The Receptionist will work closely with other team members to provide a smooth front-of-house experience and support efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including handling calls, greeting visitors, and managing front-desk activities.
- Proficient Clerical Skills such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and basic office administration.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional, patient, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy office environment.
- Comfort using office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets); experience with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in London.
