Role Overview
As our Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome. Your administrative support will be essential in helping our team operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- To provide a professional reception service and excellent customer service to all customers/visitors in person and on the telephone.
- To maintain and update the in-house reception systems, folders and logs.
- To effectively manage the administration of purchase orders and deliveries.
- To assist in ensuring that the office and supported housing environment is safe and secure for all clients, staff and visitors in line with organisational policies and procedures especially regarding safeguarding, health and safety etc.
- To report and record any incidents, complaints or allegations of abuse to the Service Manager or other Senior Managers immediately

What we are looking for
- Good communication skills including both written and oral.
- Excellent IT skills and an up to date knowledge of Microsoft office packages, social media and video conferencing platforms
- Able to prioritise tasks.
- Tactful and diplomatic, able to deal with sensitive situations.
- Good customer service skills, knowing when to seek advice for complex/difficult situations
