About The Role

Receptionist / Admin Officer

St Peter and St Paul Catholic Primary School

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin Officer to join our welcoming school community.

Hours: 25 hours per week

Working pattern: Term time only

Contract: Fixed Term

Salary: Scale 4

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our school and will play an important role in providing a warm, professional and efficient reception service. The role will include general administrative duties, supporting staff, dealing with parents and visitors, answering telephone and email enquiries, maintaining school records and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
