About the Role

We have a vacancy for a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to work for the Talking Therapies Halton Team. The post holder will be customer focused and provide a comprehensive service. Communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused: Provide a comprehensive service.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organisation: Ability to organise and prioritise work schedule.
  • Initiative: Work on own initiative.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain respectful confidentiality.
  • Previous Experience: Desirable.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work across 2 sites as required.
  • Reception and Administrative Duties: Ensure the smooth day to day running of the work environment.
  • Administrative Procedures: Work with colleagues to establish and maintain procedures to promote patient satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programmes both internal and externally.
  • Quality Strategy: Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.

Service Hours

The service is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm depending on service needs and shifts are allocated accordingly to ensuring service needs are met.
