Vacancy Description: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Oldham Office
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch) or will consider a job share 9.00 am to 5.00 pm 2/3 days each week
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Oldham Office.
The position will involve working from front of office, dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
Job Role
Duties
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- To provide excellent customer service promoting the firm whenever possible
- Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments
- To answer all incoming calls effectively and transfer through to relevant staff
- To make telephone contact with clients and outside bodies
- To undertake filing, scanning, faxing and photocopying when necessary
- To arrange appointments and meetings as required
- Opening, distributing and franking the offices post
- Administration support such as; opening files, typing and other legal and office administration support as required
- Maintaining the reception desk/area

Skills Required
- Must have good organisational skills
- Must have attention to detail (Accuracy essential)
- IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a team
- Motivated, friendly, confident, reliable & team player
- Eager to learn and develop new skills, flexible
- Positive attitude
GCSE level at Grade C/5 and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.
