Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Operations Centre, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

One of our large companies based in Clacton is looking for a friendly, proactive and highly organised People & Culture Receptionist & Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly and delivering outstanding administrative support. You’ll be the welcoming face of their Operations Centre, creating a positive first impression for visitors and employees, while supporting the People & Culture team with a broad range of administrative activities.

From reception and hospitality to payroll and benefits support, employee onboarding and fleet administration, no two days will be quite the same!

  • Welcome visitors, employees and guests, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, enquiries, visitor sign-in and security procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor hospitality and guest parking.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, parcels and sample deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.

Office, Hospitality & Supplies

  • Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of refreshments, stationery and staff welfare supplies across all sites.
  • Organise weekly staff lunch orders and support Box Café requirements.
  • Help ensure our offices remain well-stocked, organised and welcoming.

People, Payroll, Benefits & Fleet Administration

  • Support routine payroll, pension, employee benefits and salary sacrifice administration.
  • Assist with company vehicle and fleet administration.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, organisational charts, departmental trackers and reports.
  • Assist with expenses, invoices, employee communications, surveys and feedback activities.
  • Support People & Culture projects, process improvements and wider departmental administration
