The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Administrator/Receptionist to join our small, administrative team.
Key Duties
- Responding to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries in a confidential, professional, and helpful manner always.
- Booking appointments.
- Booking patients into the appropriate clinics.
- Liaising with transport providers to book patient transport.
- Providing and receiving confidential client-sensitive information to/from statutory and non-statutory bodies.
- Liaising with the Prosthetists, Orthotists, NHS colleagues to ensure a quality service is provided.
- Triaging patient telephone calls and managing the requests in an auditable and efficient manner.
- Registering patient referrals utilising NHS systems.
- Ensuring all goods received for the service are processed in a timely fashion, any action required is administered.
- Monitoring outstanding goods and collections, updating reports.
- Assisting in management reports and data collection, including 18-week referral pathway in line with KPI target.
- Providing excellent customer care and always demonstrating positive and professional behaviour.
