About The Position
SERVPRO Team Ridner is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Dispatcher to join our office team.
When someone calls us after a water loss, fire, or other property emergency, you may be the first person they speak with. We need someone who can make that customer feel heard, gather accurate information, and help get our team moving in the right direction.
This position is more than answering phones. You'll help connect our customers, office, and production teams and play an important part in keeping jobs organized and moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly, calm, and professional attitude
- Gather and accurately enter new customer and job information
- Receive and enter new leads and First Notice of Loss (FNOL) information
- Dispatch new jobs to the appropriate production team
- Track new leads and make sure customers receive a timely response
- Greet customers and visitors to our office
- Help coordinate daily production and on-call schedules
- Monitor jobs and communicate information between the office and production teams
- Help identify scheduling issues or jobs that may be getting delayed
- Maintain accurate information in our computer systems
- Assist the Office Manager and team with general administrative responsibilities
These responsibilities closely reflect the franchise position description, including FNOL entry, customer service, dispatching, WIP awareness, production/on-call coordination, and job logistics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
