Reception / Front of House Assistant
Central London
5 Days Office Based
£35,000 + Benefits
Our client, a prestigious professional services firm, is looking for a polished and personable Reception / Front of House Assistant to join their Front of House team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous 5 star/Corporate Reception, Hospitality or Client Services experience who enjoys creating exceptional first impressions and delivering a seamless experience for visitors, clients and colleagues alike.
The Role
As a key member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of reception, meeting rooms and hospitality services across two Central London office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and staff
- Managing incoming calls via Microsoft Teams switchboard
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and schedules
- Preparing meeting rooms and supporting hybrid meetings
- Organising refreshments for client and internal meetings
- Assisting with hospitality and events
- Setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment
- Providing administrative support to the Front of House function
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting colleagues and visitors with office facilities
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery at all times

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Corportate Reception/Front of House or 5 star Hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and meeting room booking systems
- A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent personal presentation
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
