Customer Transactional Dispute & Reconciliation Executive
London office | 3-month FTC, with a view to permanent
£26,500 – £30,000

That's where you come in.
We are recruiting for a Global group business behind some of the world's most recognisable brands, and we're looking for someone with a forensic eye and real tenacity to own our invoice submissions and chargeback disputes end to end. You'll be the one who digs out the proof, builds the case, and gets the money back where it belongs.

What you'll be doing
- Getting invoices over the line
- Upload customer invoices to portals and EDI systems, exactly to spec
- Validate accuracy before anything leaves your desk
- Track acceptances, rejections and processing status
- Winning back what's ours
- Investigate deductions, chargebacks and disputed invoices, and get to the root cause
- Submit disputes through customer portals and dispute management systems
- Maintain the dispute log and report weekly on outstanding chargebacks, resolved disputes, recovery values and upload performance

What you'll bring
- Some Chargeback and Reconciliation experience in an administrative or operations role
- Must have Strong Excel skills
