About

Reframe is seeking a Certified Coach or Mental Health Professional to join our Thrive Coaching platform within the app. In this role, you'll support members on their alcohol recovery journey. You'll educate, motivate, and guide members through structured group meetings, provide ongoing encouragement, and collaborate with our community and coaching teams.

This role centers on facilitating live group meetings at a fixed weekly schedule, alongside 1:1 coaching and community engagement. We're looking for someone compassionate, organized, and knowledgeable about behavior change and alcohol recovery.

Availability requirement (please read before applying)

This role requires firm, recurring availability to host live meetings on Monday, Friday, and Saturday at 3:30 AM EST. Because these meetings serve our international community, this time corresponds to:

  • United Kingdom: ~8:30 AM (GMT/BST)
  • Australia (Sydney/Melbourne): ~7:30 PM AEST / ~8:30 PM AEDT (same day)
  • New Zealand: ~9:30 PM NZST / ~10:30 PM NZDT (same day)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
