Change Grow Live
Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users' lives.
Our core values are 'Be open, be compassionate and be bold' and our teams apply these daily, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
We are looking for
A compassionate, motivated, and recovery-focused individual to join our team as a Recovery Coordinator focusing on the role of Recovery Support Worker. This rewarding role supports people who have successfully completed structured treatment, helping them maintain positive recovery outcomes, strengthen community connections, and access the right support at the right time.
As a key member of the team, you will provide structured recovery check-ups, ongoing encouragement, practical support, and early intervention where relapse risks or safeguarding concerns arise. Your work will empower individuals to build healthy routines, develop resilience, and sustain long-term recovery within their communities.
We have bases across the county (Chichester, Bognor, Worthing and Crawley) and are looking for a worker for each of our three localities (West, Central and East); you would be based in a hub that serves the locality. You will also be expected to travel to meet service users in the respective locality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
